What's Webex?

Webex Meetings unites participants from all over the world on a central platform. This creates a realistic meeting experience. You can participate with any device, use HD audio and video and share your screen.

Webex Teams is not only ideal for meetings. Use the same secure application for telephony, video meetings, group messaging, file sharing and whiteboard functions. Support your team in all workflows.

How can we support you?

The use of Webex opens new possibilities in communication, information provision, integrated use and collaboration. In order to realize this potential, working methods have to be adapted and changed. We support you in analysing your requirements in a structured way and offer a resulting customized solution, with agile methods in implementation and continuous acceptance testing.

For this purpose we offer 4 different modules, which can be selected as a complete package, but also individually. You are welcome to contact us directly.

Potential Workshop

In an initial potential workshop, we will introduce you to the possibilities offered by today’s social collaboration tools, using Webex and WebEx teams as examples. This will take into account already implemented projects, existing tools and planned projects in order to create a consistent overall picture.

Our services:

  • 1 interview for an as-is analysis of the existing tool landscape and architecture, as well as the processes and target groups to be considered
  • 1 two-part remote workshop for max. 15 participants to develop use cases for communication and collaboration using best practices as examples
  • 5 h accompanying consultation

We work out the contents with you:

  • Prioritized use cases including target image documentation

Price: 4.500,00 Euro o/MwSt.

Pilot-Development

In order to be able to experience the potentials learned in the potential workshop and to get a feeling for the possibilities and handling of the technology, a pilot with Webex is recommended.

Our service:

  • 1 pilot kick-off (remote)
  • Piloting over a period of four weeks with max. 100 users
  • Up to 4 Webex sessions for user training
  • Support for the accompanying communication around the piloting
  • Assistance in setting up and moderating a support area for users
  • Webex teams cloud service (incl. 5 Webex board licenses* and 5 end device licenses*)

We work out the contents with you:

  • Identification of the pilot group
  • Conception of use cases for the pilot
  • Introduction support and accompaniment with feature sessions
  • Pilot evaluation

Hands-On-Training

The use of Webex opens new possibilities in communication, information provision, integrated use and collaboration. To realize this potential, working methods have to be adapted and changed.

Our services:

  • 1 preparatory interview on current situation, existing tool landscape and processes to be considered as well as target groups
  • 2 online sessions of 3 h each for max. 5 participants per session
  • Remote reviews of 1 hour with each participant within 30 days after the online session

We work out the contents with you:

  • Implementation of current use cases based on best-practice examples and new technologies
  • Development of the new structure and testing of content elements

Price: 5.000,00 €  o/MwSt.

Admin-Training

In the admin training, relevant administrative tasks are taught. After the training the use of the administration portal for the implementation of daily tasks and maintenance work is known.

Our services

  • 1 online session of 2 h for max. 5 participants
  • Remote reviews of 1 hour with each participant within 30 days after the online session
  • Training certificate

We work out the contents with you:

  • Creation of organizational structures
  • License management
  • General settings
  • Analysis and Troubleshooting
