Mentioned users are shown as clickable profiles and receive a notification with a direct link to the relevant comment or thank-you card.

Manager notifications: make public recognition easier to see
The second major enhancement in version 1.3 is designed to increase the visibility of public appreciation within teams: with the new manager notifications, organisations can decide that the relevant manager is informed whenever a team member receives a public thank-you card.
The feature works when a manager ID is stored in the recipient’s profile. In that case, the employee’s direct manager is automatically notified as soon as the team member receives public praise. The feature supports both individual employees and several employees recognised at the same time.
This makes public recognition not only more visible within the team, but also easier for managers to understand and follow. It strengthens transparency in the recognition process and helps positive engagement stand out more clearly in everyday work.
As a prerequisite, the corresponding profile field containing the manager information must be maintained in the platform.
