Whether it’s a knowledge check, e-learning module or fun competition – with our quiz plugin, you can measure knowledge transfer and engagement. With the new release 3.5, we have focused on what is crucial afterwards: evaluation. Extended export, optimised anonymous exports and a clearer data structure help you to understand results even better and develop them in a targeted manner.
With version 3.5, we are introducing an important enhancement: you can now supplement the export of your quiz results with information from individual users’ profile fields. In the export area of the plugin, editors can select specific additional profile fields to be included in the extended export – such as department, location or role. Of course, the option of a completely anonymous export, i.e. without personal data, is also available at any time.
This gives you much more detailed, personalised insights into how different groups in your company perform in the quiz – without changing your established export process. The extension enables deeper analysis by user attributes, supports department- and role-specific evaluations, and fits seamlessly into your existing processes without complicating the interface.
Even with anonymous quiz participation, you retain full flexibility in exporting: editors can select which profile fields should be included in the export – for example, location, groups or organisational unit. Before employees take part in the quiz, they are informed transparently and give their express consent that these selected profile fields may be stored and used for evaluation purposes.
This ensures that data protection and transparency are maintained at all times – while still providing meaningful, segmentable results, such as learning progress and knowledge levels in different teams.
Revision of exports for anonymous mode
Previous exports in anonymous mode were hardly usable for detailed evaluations: only one line was generated per question, summarising all participants’ answers. This meant that a clean analysis per user or session was only possible to a limited extent.
With release 3.5, we are introducing a new export structure based on non-anonymous mode – naturally still without personal data. In future, each line will represent one session, i.e. one complete quiz participation, including score and duration. This ensures a clearer, analysable data structure, facilitates further processing in Excel or BI tools, and forms the basis for future reporting improvements.
