Whether it’s a pulse survey or a large employee survey, what matters is what you do with the results. The new release 3.3 of our poll plugin helps you do just that. With enhanced exports, clearly structured data and realistic test runs, you gain insights that really help you move forward – and support your organisation in listening and taking action.

Advanced export options

With version 3.3, we are introducing an important enhancement: you can now supplement the export of your survey results with information from individual users’ profile fields. In the export area of the plugin, editors can select specific additional profile fields to be included in the extended export – such as department, location or role. At the same time, the option of a completely anonymous export, i.e. without personal data, is available at any time.

This gives you significantly more detailed, personalised insights across departments, roles and other employee attributes without changing your established export process. The enhancement enables deeper analysis by user attributes, supports department- and role-specific evaluations, and fits seamlessly into your existing processes without complicating the interface.

Special case: Anonymous participation with profile fields

Even with anonymous participation, you retain full flexibility in exporting: editors can select which profile fields should be included in the export – for example, location or department. Before employees participate in the survey, they are informed transparently and give their express consent that these selected profile fields may be stored and used for evaluation.

This ensures that data protection and transparency are maintained at all times – while still providing you with meaningful, segmentable results for your analyses.

Improvements

Change to the export structure in anonymous mode.

We have further optimised the export of survey results in anonymous mode so that you can evaluate your data even more easily and clearly. Previously, all answers to a question were summarised in a single line, which made detailed analysis difficult.

From now on, the export is based on the proven structure of our survey reports: each line represents a complete response record – i.e. for one participant, no longer for one question. This allows you to gain valuable insights more quickly, while the anonymity of your participants remains fully preserved.

Saving responses in test mode.

To make the testing process more reliable, answers are now saved in test mode in the same way as in live mode. This allows you to check the content, logic and evaluations of your surveys in a realistic manner and evaluate them consistently before publication – ideal for internal approvals, pilot groups or quality assurance.
