With the update, we introduced the option to offer some editable content in the plugin in multiple languages. This concerns:
Now editors can create content in multiple languages and provide specific descriptions for each language.
The comments on an idea used to be “hidden” behind an extra menu item in the detail view.
Based on numerous feedback from our customers, we have now changed this behavior centrally
All comments are visible directly on the detail view below the idea description. The extra menu items for attachments and comments have thus been completely eliminated.
When initially displaying the list of ideas, the user was previously unable to see how the questions were sorted or filtered individually. This often led to confusion among users.
Therefore, we have now improved it so that the user is shown the standard sorting and filtering transparently.
Change text sizes for better readability.
We have revised the complete text sizes in the plugin to improve readability.
Display time next to date of ideas and comments.
In addition to the creation or editing date of ideas or comments, the time was only displayed for the current day. We have now improved this so that the time is always displayed.
Improved validation of status colors for contrast (accessibility).
For the individual states of the ideas, an editor can determine the text color. So far, we have only displayed a warning if the editor has chosen a color that has too little contrast. Now even the saving of colors that have clearly too little contrast is prevented. This improves readability in terms of accessibility.
Images Zoom for Android devices not working.
In the case of images as attachments of ideas or comments, the user could not zoom in on Android devices. This is due to the embedding/integration via iFrame into the respective platform. We have therefore added buttons to zoom for images especially for Android devices.
